James Edward Wilmore Jr. son of the late James and Shirley Johnson Wilmore Sr. was born on November 23,1953 in Chester, Pennsylvania. “Eddie” as he was affectionately called by his friends and loved ones, was educated in the Chester Upland School District and was a graduate from Chester High School. After receiving his diploma, he went on to enlist in the United States Army where he served for several years until his honorable discharge. Throughout Eddie's lifetime he was employed as a dietary aide with the Chester Upland School District, as well as a para transit driver before retiring. He enjoyed playing chess, watching Kung Fu movies, and cooking his famous fried chicken. To know him was to love him. James was called home by the Lord on April 19, 2021 in his home. He leaves behind his loving daughter Ja’Nyiah Rothwell, son Kelvin Brown, and a host of family and friends.
