Fred Issac Fisher Jr., 60, of Madison, former resident of Amissville, died on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville. He was born in Middleburg, VA on October 3, 1956. Fred worked for AECOM where he was a Operations and Maintenance mechanic. He enjoyed metal detecting, was an avid hunter and also a fan of NASCAR and the Cowboys. He is survived by his wife of twenty years, Debra L. Fisher; son, David Fisher; daughter, Tricia McDonald and step-daughter, Michelle Patrick. He is also survived by his father, Fred Fisher Sr. and his wife, Linda Fisher; a brother, Kenneth Lee Fisher; five grandchildren, Madyson Fisher, Marissa, Jacob, Nicholas and Jack McDonald; his puppy Katie. Fred was preceded in death by his mother Frances Fisher and a sister, Patricia Fisher. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 17 from 6-8 PM at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton.
