EILEEN HEATH Eileen Heath, age 96, of Mattoon passed away at 8:07 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Odd Fellow Rebekah Home. Funeral Services honoring her life will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the First Baptist Church, 1804 South 9th Street in Mattoon with Pastor Dennis Strawn officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation for family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at the church Wednesday. Schilling Funeral Home is assisting the family. Eileen was born on July 7, 1919 in Vandalia, IL the daughter of Guy Jakeand Goldie (Eakins) Phipps. "She married Warren Dale Heath on September 3, 1939. He preceded her in death on April 27, 1973. Eileen was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, James Phipps; four sisters, Pat McElravy, Ruth Smith, Betty Henderson and Kathleen KakMartin; son-in-law, Calvin Moran. Survivors include her two daughters, Cinda Moran and Renee (David) Fuller both of Mattoon, IL; son, Doug (Willa) Heath of Box Elder, SD; grandchildren, Scot (Cindy) Moran of Mattoon, IL, Tresa (Al) Borero of Decatur, IL, Missy Epperson and Chris Heath both of Mattoon, IL, Matthew Grafton of Mattoon, IL and Vanessa Grafton of Mahomet, IL; six great granddaughters, eight great great granddaughters and five great great grandsons. Mrs. Heath was formerly employed with Snappy Service and Brown Shoe Company. She retired from Mattoon Garment Factory after 34 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mattoon." Eileen also spent many enjoyable hours dancing with Heartland Senior Line Dancers and loved playing Bingo and Bunko. Memorial donations in her honor are suggested First Baptist Church in Mattoon.
