Betty Rollins Laws

Betty Rollins Laws, 82, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Magnolia Manor-Inman. Born April 20, 1931, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late J. P. and Bessie Tucker Wilson. Mrs. Laws was a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church. She retired from Scovill Dritz after 20 years of service. Survivors include her children, Sheila Willingham (Don) of Lake Greenwood, SC, Deborah Head of Boiling Springs, SC, and Mike Rollins (Jane) of Lake Bowen, SC; 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and stepson, Jimmy Laws of Valley Falls, SC. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband of 30 years, James Belton Rollins, Jr., and second husband of 20 years, John Arthur Laws. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, March 20, 2014, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, March 21, 2014, in Springhill Memorial Gardens, 1011 S. Alabama Ave., Chesnee, SC 29323, by the Rev. Tommy Turner.
