Corbosiero, Donato Giovanni, age 67, of Hawthorne, on Monday, April 19, 2021. Born in Rocchetta Sant’Antonio, Italy, Donato immigrated to the United States in 1965, settling in Rochester, NY. He had lived throughout the United States working in the hotel hospitality business and had been the Vice President of Operations for Hostmark Hospitality. Donato was the beloved father of Stefano Corbosiero of Hawthorne, Giuliana Corbosiero of Park Ridge and Daniela Corbosiero of Hawthorne. Loving son of Felicia Corbosiero (nee: Patarino) of Rochester, NY and the late Giuseppe Corbosiero (2013). Dear grandfather of James Corbosiero of Fair Lawn and father-in-law of Melissa Yakush of Fair Lawn. Dearest brother of Daniel Corbosiero of Rochester, Rafaella Pimpinella and her husband Tony of Orlando, FL, and Vito Corbosiero of Rochester. Don will be remembered for his ability to walk into a room and light it up. He effortlessly put a smile on everyone’s face. He adored his family, and anyone who walked in for Sunday Amatriciana was quickly welcomed into that family with red wine, espresso, plenty of corny jokes, and so much love. He will be remembered as the best Nonno to his number one buddy, James. A quote he lived by was, “People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.” and his friends and family will never forget how he did that for them. His bright light will continue to radiate into the world from the hearts he filled with his love. He will be deeply missed. Forza Milan.
