Elizabeth Ann “Betty” S. Welsh, 89, of Highland Ave., Edgefield, SC, wife of the late Robert J. Welsh, Jr. entered into rest on Monday, April 19, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 12 noon Thursday, April 22, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside. Due to COVID-19 social distancing will be observed and facial masks requested. Mrs. Welsh was born in Watervliet, NY and was the daughter of the late Napolean L. and Matilda Kingsley Stebbins. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Survivors include five children, Robert (Danielle) Welsh III, Jody (Don) Dye, Betsy Wilkinson, Paul K. (Stacy) Welsh, and Jason (Rita) Welsh; two sisters, Lorraine Johnson, and Regina Kincaid; eleven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
