<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late KEVIN BLAKE CARVERY of Burin, NL, announces his passing at his home in Burin, NL, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the age of 62.</p><p><br></p><p>Kevin is predeceased by his mother Myrtle Carvery, and sister Buffy (Maureen)</p><p><br></p><p>Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 38 years, Gayanne, sons Blake (Laura), Timberlea, NS and Logan (Kaitlyn), Fort Saskatchewan, AB, 2 grandchildren Aaliyah and Liam; Sister Pinky (Bernice)/Ernest Flint, Nova Scotia, Brother Puppy (Karl)/Anna Carvery, Nova Scotia, Sister Lanie (Elaine)/Raymond Wright, Nova Scotia, Brother: Chuck (Frank)/ Tanya Carvery, Nova Scotia, and Aunt Cora Howe/Bobby, Nova Scotia, 3 special Nieces and Nephews Roxanne Flint, Peewee (Darrell) Flint, Candy/John Cavanaugh; and a large number of relatives and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>The family would like to say a special Thank You to the staff of the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre and the Public Heath nurses.</p><p><br></p><p>Cremation has taken place.</p><p><br></p><p>The Carvery Family will be accepting visitors at Peninsula Funeral Home in Creston South on Friday, April 23rd, from 2 – 4 pm and from 7 – 9 pm, . A maximum of 50 people at any one time is permitted in the building. In order to maintain social distancing and to follow the public health advisory of COVID 19, a walk through visitation will take place on. A funeral service will be held at Peninsula Funeral Home, Creston South on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 10:30 am. A maximum of 50 are permitted for the funeral service. </p><p><br></p><p>As per COVID – 19 regulations, everyone is asked to sign the contact tracing sheet upon entering the building and masks are required.
