<p>McColl</p> <p>Mrs. Minnie Ruth Skipper Ratley, widow of Bryan F. Ratley, Sr., passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at her residence after an illness. She was 84.</p> <p>Minnie was born in Chesterfield, SC on March 23, 1937 to the late Walter Leroy and Sally Turnage Skipper. She was a Sales Associate for Wal-Mart. She enjoyed reading, watching old westerns, and spending time with her family.</p> <p>She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory; sons, Walter Vernon Ratley and Bryan F. Ratley, Jr both of McColl; daughter, Sally Ratley of McColl; granddaughter, Rockelle Tucker (Tony); great grandchildren, Jessica Miller and William Alexander Tucker; great great grandchild, Bryan Miller.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents and husband listed above, brothers, Charles Skipper and Joel Skipper.</p> <p>A funeral service will be held 11am, Thursday, April 22, 2021, at Rogers Funeral Home, officiated by, Rev. Jerry Springs, with burial in Rogers Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm, Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at Rogers Funeral Home.</p> <p>***Due to the COVID-19 regulations set forth by the CDC and the local government we ask that all attendees please follow the social distancing guidelines and wear proper facial coverings.
