Betty Ann Klenk Sterling, Michigan Betty Ann. Klenk, 77, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021. She was born August 24, 1943 in Omer, Michigan to the late LaVaughn and Opal (Richardson) Snyder. Betty enjoyed family and friends. She loved socializing and telling jokes. In her spare-time she enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, sewing but she really enjoyed animals. Betty was better known as the cat lady. Betty was the loving mother of Oscar W. Klenk, Dee A. Klenk, Tracy P. Klenk, Stacie K. Klenk, Ty A. Klenk (deceased) and Christopher L. Klenk. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Jeremy (Tracy), Jessica (Christopher) and Jacob (Jennifer) and 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Betty is survived by her loving sister, Lavonne (Tom) Woolhiser. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Oscar L. Klenk, brothers Robert Snyder and Larry Snyder. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 6 pm at the Lee Ramsay Funeral Home-STANDISH CHAPEL, Standish, Michigan with Chaplain Randy Brokaw officiating. Cremation will follow. The family will greet family and friends from 2 pm till time of service Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the Lee Ramsay Funeral Home-Standish Chapel. In lieu of flowers, those considering an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Arenac County Animal Control.
