Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, April 17, 2021, Linda E. Thoms of Carbonear, age 72 years. Predeceased by parents: Stanley and Rita. Leaving to mourn, sister: Judy (Graham) Legge, Carbonear; niece: Jenesta (Ryan) Oliver, Bristol’s Hope; nephew: Justin (Mallory) Legge, Carbonear; grand-niece: Kennedy, and grand-nephews: Blake, Jaxson, and James; special friends: Sheila Wilson, Barb Sullivan, and Miriam Moore; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation on Thursday, April 22 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service on Friday, April 23 from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear, by invitation only due to pandemic restrictions. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
