Susan Harnden

 Susanne (Susan) Rollene Warner Harnden, 77 of Orem UT, passed away of natural causes on April 16, 2021. She was born in Santa Monica California on March 8, 1944 to Roland Eugene Warner and Phebe Esther Evans. She attended Springville West Side Elementary, Springville Jr. High and graduated in 1962 from Springville High School. After high school she attended Utah Technical College in Provo. She lived in Springville most of her life and the last 25 years in Orem Utah.

Susan married Ernest Stanley Harnden on November 21, 1970 in Salt lake City and had three children together. They were together for only 6 years before he passed away. As a widow she raised her children with all of her love and attention. Susan was a great friend to all who knew her. She adored her three children, four grand-children and four great grand-daughters. Her interests outside of her family were working in her yard and listening to music. She loved getting her family together at Christmas time and watching her favorite movies, It’s a Wonderful Life and Christmas Vacation. After raising her children she worked at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo and then Data Pad in Lindon until she retired.

Susan is survived by her son Mike (Sueann) Harnden of Springville, Utah; brother Richard (Barbara) Warner of West Valley, Utah; brother Craig (Trudy) Warner of Springville; and sister Sharon Dansie of Springville. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Stanley Harnden, Son Christopher Stanley Harnden, and Daughter Kristi Michelle Harnden.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 24th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Sundberg Olpin Mortuary located at 495 South State Street in Orem. A viewing will be held just prior to the service at 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
