<p>Billye Bernice Stovall was born on July 21, 1923 in Lexington, KY to parents, William Wilson and Cleo Miller-Wilson. She departed this life on April 16, 2021 at 2:51 am.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Marshall Stovall and Harold Loud; and sister, Francis C. Miller .</p> <p>At the time of her death she was living at The Cove of Waterview in Granbury, TX. She was loved by all who knew her and had many friends in Abilene, TX where she lived most of her life. She was a member of Heavenly Rest Episcopal Church.</p> <p>She is survived by her two children, Tracy Moore and husband, David, and Patricia Rickley; her grandchildren, Jenny Parten, Robert Holden, Michael Holden, and David Stovall who will all miss her wise council; her great grandchildren, Christian Sweeton, TY Stovall, Kelsey Stovall, Caryn Stovall; and her niece, Linda Roedig.</p>Obituary
