Michael A. “Mike” Gallegos, age 62, of Huntington, passed away Friday, April 16, 2021, at 1:15 am at Lakeland Rehab & Healthcare Center, Angola.  He worked at IMCO and delivered newspapers for the TAB.  Mike enjoyed fishing and being outdoors and his beloved dog Gizmo.

Mike was born July 11, 1958, in Marion, a son of the late Damaseo “Dino” and Doris Pauline (Garrison) Gallegos. On October 16, 1982 he married his beloved wife of 38 years Cheryl Cash in Andrews and she survives in Huntington.  Also surviving are 3 sons John (Holly) Stouder of Mississippi, Cody Gallegos of Huntington and Jason Gallegos of Huntington, numerous grandchildren, 2 sisters Rhonda (Bill) Sellers of Andrews and Karen (Morris) Valenzuela of Mt. Etna, brother Daniel (Rita) Gallegos of Huntington, and nephews Michael (Lori) Jojola and Troy Jojola.

Visitation will be held Tuesday April 20 from 12- 2 at Deal-Rice Funeral Home- Huntington Chapel preceding the 2:15 graveside service at Calvary United Methodist Cemetery, Bippus.

Preferred memorials are to a charity of the donor’s choice c/o Deal-Rice Funeral Home, 338 E. Washington St., Huntington, IN 46750
