Ryan Edward Rofkahr, a successful business owner and lifelong resident of the state of Kansas passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2021 at the young age of 40. Ryan was preceded in death by his Grandfather Jerome Rofkahr. Ryan is survived by his Partner Jamie Guzman, Daughter Haven Rofkahr, Parents, Steve Rofkahr, (Ana Etherton), Dana Laudick, Stepfather John Laudick; Grandparents Leroy and Doris Bateson, Grandmother Freida Geyer, Step Grandmother Gaylene Rofkahr,Brother Kelsey Galliart, Sister-in-law Kelsey Brantley-Galliart, nieces Bristal and Scarlett Galliart, Step Brother Brett Etherton and Uncle David Rofkahr (Michelle) cousins Joel, Nathan, Rachelle, Aunt Vickie Hilpert (Lane) cousins Thomas and Sarah, Uncle Eddie Bateson (Patti) cousins Nicholas Bateson, and Sharae Allen. Ryan was born at Lawrence Memorial Hospital on December 1, 1980. He graduated high school from Spring Hill High in 1999 and went on to study business at JCCC, and Fire Science/EMS at the University of Kansas. He was an EMT at Leavenworth County EMS, and eventually took over the family business at Gutter Werks LLC. He and Fran Gibson welcomed their beautiful daughter into this world on December 20, 2008. Ryan was a devoted father and strived to show his daughter every day that she was the most important person in his life. He was an avid fisherman and loved the water. He loved all sports but especially loved watching the KU Jayhawks and The Kansas City Chiefs. His smile lit up a room and was always able to find the silver lining in any situation. He was upbeat, funny and a person that everyone always wanted to be around. He was a loyal Father, Brother, Son, and friend. He will be deeply missed and his memory will always live. “So when tomorrow starts without me don't think we're far apart. For every time you think of me I'm right here in your heart.” Memorial Service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, April 17, 2021 Bruce Funeral home 712 S. Webster Spring Hill, KS.
