Diane R. Leggero

Age 62, of Godley, IL passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 at Amita Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL. Surviving is her fiancé, Jesse Salazar; son, Matthew; mother, Rosemary Rector; sisters, Cindy (Tom) Ruzon, Pam Tully, Georgia Campbell and Sharon (William) Churchill; brothers, Dennis and Wayne Campbell and their families. Diane will also be missed by Jesse’s family, daughters, Stephanie (Jessie) Salazar and Kristin (Pauly) Salazar; grandchildren, Xavier, Anthony, Lilandra, Logan, Lucas; Nathaniel and Ava. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her father, Gordon Campbell, Jr. Diane was employed for several years at Harrahs Casino in Joliet as a painter. Her hobbies included fishing, reading, sewing as well as arts and crafts. She will be remembered fondly as a kind-hearted soul who possessed wonderful artistic talents. She will be missed greatly by the many friends she’s made throughout her life. As it was Diane’s wish cremation rites will be accorded and services will be private.
