<p>Vivian Ethel Hulbert Shaw, born February 3, 1925, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2021. The last surviving child of Paul and Coral Hiatt Hulbert, Vivian was born and grew up in Warren County, Iowa. She was very proud to be the great granddaughter of Jesse Hiatt, originator of the first Delicious apple tree. After graduation from Martensdale Consolidated School, Vivian moved to Mississippi to study nursing. When the school discontinued its program, she married Leroy Shaw and remained on the Gulf Coast for the rest of her life. She worked for years at the Movie Star Lingerie Factory in Poplarville, while bringing up five children.<br /> Vivian was preceded in death by both parents; her husband; nine sisters; two brothers; two daughters, Sandra Ladner and Janet Necaise; one granddaughter; and two great grandchildren.<br /> She is survived by her daughters, Judith (Robert) Lee and Nancy (Freddie) Davis; son, Phillip (Janis) Shaw; 12 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and other extended family.<br /> The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 10am, with the visitation for family and friends beginning at 9am; both at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd., Pass Christian, MS. Burial will follow in Crane Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.<br /> An online guestbook may be signed, and condolences and photos offered at www.riemannfamily.com.</p>

Vivian Ethel Hulbert Shaw, born February 3, 1925, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2021.
