Marjorie “Margie” Davis King, age 94, widow of Clarence Hardin “Bud” King, Jr., passed away Friday, April 9, 2021. She was born on July 11, 1926 to the late Walter McKinley Davis and Mary Cowan Davis. She is survived by a daughter, Holly Piscatelli and her husband, David of Trumbull, CT; grandchildren: Heather Piscatelli Jonason of Singapore and Gray Piscatelli of Denver, CO; and by her sister Jan Rose Dawson of Lexington. She is predeceased by her three sisters, Kay “Tootsie” Williams, Dottie Hager, Nancy Perry. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday April 29, 2021 at Nicholasville United Methodist Church, with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions capacity is limited, and reservations are required by calling the church office at 859-885-4481. The service will also be live streamed on the church’s Facebook and YouTube channel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Nicholasville United Methodist Church.
