Kenneth Delyle Youngblood

Cumberland—Kenneth Delyle Youngblood, 60, of Cumberland, passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV, on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Born on September 16, 1960, in Morgan County, WV, he was the son of the late, Alma Ruth (Abe) and Gilbert C. Youngblood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James C. Youngblood. Kenny was a graduate of Fort Hill High School, class of 1978. Following high school, he was employed by K Construction in Woodbridge, VA. He then was employed by Shockey Construction Company in Winchester, VA. For most of his working career, Kenny was a concrete worker. In his free time, Kenny collected antiques and coins. Kenney is survived by his sisters, Hilda Youngblood, Charlotte Youngblood, Lila VanMeter, Darlene Cannon, Donna Breighner and husband Joseph, and Ina Mae Ritchie; brothers, Rodney Youngblood, Dwight W. Youngblood, Darrell Youngblood, and Jonathan Frye and wife Donna; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Family and friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Sunday, April 11, 2021, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Michael Lashbaugh officiating. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Davis Memorial Cemetery. Condolences for the family may be left at www.ScarpelliFH.com
