Funeral Services for Rachael Galligan, 28, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, April 11, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Fr. Adrian Fischer officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:30 P.M. until service time on Sunday. Rachael Galligan was born January 8, 1993 and passed away April 7, 2021. She loved her sons, Avery and Carson and was a great mother to them. Rachael was also a great sister and aunt. Survivors include her two sons, Avery Chandler Hands and Carson Wayne Hands; her mother, Karen Galligan; father, Robert Galligan; brother, Chad Galligan (Dee Anne); nephew, Jaxson Galligan; father of her sons, Derek Hands and his grandmother, Nita Balch; and many extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the account of Avery Chandler Hands at Ouachita Valley Federal Credit Union that has been set up to help with Rachael’s two sons’ future expenses.January 8, 1993 - April 7, 202101/08/199304/07/2021
