<p>David Earl "Bubba" Perry, age 78, of Horse Cave, KY, departed this earth to be with our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at his residence in Horse Cave, KY. He was born October 31, 1942 to the late Jim Perry and the late Pearl Perry. He was a US Navy veteran, a retired Clinical Social Worker for Bridgehaven Mental Health Services in Louisville and a member and deacon of Woodsonville Baptist Church.</p> <p>He is also preceded in death by a sister Oma Jean and brothers Emmitt and Chuck. He leaves to cherish his memories one sister, Shirley Parker, Louisville, KY; three brothers, Otis Perry and his wife Barbara, Columbus, OH, Cecil Perry and his wife Lisa, Horse Cave, KY, E. Clay Perry and his wife Beverly, Munfordville, KY; host of nieces and nephews and cousins.</p> <p>The family will receive friends 10:00 AM CT - 1:00 PM CT Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Woodsonville Baptist Church. Funeral service will be1:00 PM, Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Woodsonville Baptist Church with Rev. K.T. Ford and Rev. Douglas Barbour officiating.
