<p>Mrs. Cindy McCubbins Hale, 47, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Wednesday morning, April 7, 2021, at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Born October 3, 1973 in Louisville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Mr. Billy Neal McCubbins, Sr. and the late Mrs. Dorothy Laverne Hardin McCubbins.&nbsp; She was a registration clerk at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, where she was a beloved icon among her peers and the folks of a community she dearly loved.&nbsp;&nbsp; She was a member of North Walterboro Baptist Church, where in years past she served as a Sunday School Teacher.&nbsp;&nbsp; She had an avid love for animals and was a constant advocate for their care. She adored her Wiener dogs and was a wild animal rehabilitator, serving faithfully with &ldquo;Keeper&rsquo;s of The Wild&rdquo; in Walterboro.&nbsp; She possessed a special talent with crocheting, knitting, and sewing.&nbsp; She personally made over two thousand facemasks at the onset the Coronavirus Pandemic which have been widely distributed throughout Colleton, Allendale, and Hampton counties.&nbsp; &nbsp;She also had a special love and ability for things culinary.&nbsp; She started and operated her own catering company, Everything BBQ and worked many concession venues in Walterboro for the fellowship it gave her with others.&nbsp;&nbsp; Her greatest accomplishment in life was her family who she constantly centered her life around.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Surviving in addition to her father of Round O are: her husband of twenty years, Mr. Gary Allen Hale; Sr.; three children, Kevin McCubbins and his fianc&eacute; Jason of Fairfax, Gary Allen Hale and his wife Therasia of Walterboro, and Sheri Hale Dandridge and her husband Aaron of Canadys; a twin brother, Billy McCubbins, Jr. and his wife DeeDee of Cottageville; three sisters Sherry McCubbins Nichols and her husband Tommy of Smoaks, Donna McCubbins Pacetti of Round O, and Lynn McCubbins Cline and her husband Tommy of Round O; and four grandchildren, Amara Dandridge, Urijah Mason Hale, Eden Remington Hale, and Noah Ozias Hale.&nbsp; She is also survived by her father-in-law, Mr. John T. Hale of Walterboro and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.&nbsp;&nbsp; She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alyssa Renee O&rsquo;Quinn; her grandmother, Marion Hafer; mother-in-law, Carol Bruins; and her grandmother, Lula McCubbins.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be directed in her memory to: Keepers of The Wild, 1606 Coolers Dairy Road, Walterboro, South Carolina 29488.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral services will be conducted 2 o&rsquo;clock Monday afternoon, April 12, 2021, from North Walterboro Baptist Church, 2177 Jefferies Highway, Walterboro.&nbsp; Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Friends may call this Sunday evening from 6 o&rsquo;clock until 8 o&rsquo;clock at THE BRICE W.
