<p>Janet S. Deans 77 of Canal Fulton died Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Mercy Medical Center, following complications from cancer.&nbsp; She was born October 6, 1943 in Dunbar, West Virginia and had been a Canal Fulton area resident most of her adult life.&nbsp; Janet retired from the Canal Fulton Library earlier this year after twenty-three years service and where she had been the supervisor of circulation. She enjoyed country music and was very active in community affairs.&nbsp; Janet is survived by her husband of 49 years, James Deans. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.&nbsp; In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Janet&#39;s name to the Canal Fulton Friends of the Library, 154 East Market St., Canal Fulton, OH 44614..</p>
