Zoei Armanii Williams was born on April 6, 2021 in Columbia, SC to Dshandrae McGoogan and Destiyana Williams. Zoei passed away on April 6, 2021 at Baptist Hospital.

Zoei was preceded in death by a grandfather, Harrison Hennesy Belton; great-grandparents, Neil (Lucille) McGoogan and Ricky Bell.

Zoei leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Dshandrae McGoogan and Destiyana Williams; grandparents, Ladonna Carol McGoogan, Quartika (Moses) Williams, Johnny Henry IV and Reginald Montgomery; great-grandparents, Wanda(Dave) Dennis, Deborah (Lorenzo) Taylor, Johnny (Sandra) Henry; god-mother, Tautiara Williams; aunts, Shantia McGoogan, KyAndra McGoogan, Ty’Ashia McGoogan, Aaleeyah McGoogan and Taylor Montgomery; uncles, Daniel Neal, Twyzae McGoogan and a host of great-uncles, aunts, cousins , other relatives and friends whom will miss her dearly.
