Cathy Shepherd Ratliff, 68, died Sunday, April 4, 2021 at the Bourbon Heights Nursing Home, Paris, KY. A native of Paris, KY, she was the daughter of the late James Allen Shepherd and Ann Buffin Sunley. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Bourbon Heights Nursing Home. She is survived by two sons, Robert (Christina) Ratliff and Steven Ratliff; three grandchildren, Jacob Ratliff, Jaden Ratliff and Emily Ratliff; three sisters, Sue (Jimmy) Gay, Judy (Johnny) Blythe and Debbie Shepherd and several nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be a memorial service at 12:00 PM Monday, April 12, 2021 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY.
