Zelma Lucille Smelcer Breeden, age 82, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday April 7, 2021. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Zelma was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Breeden, parents, and eleven siblings Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law: Joe “Junior” Garner and wife Barbie of Seymour Daughters and sons-in-law: Pam Phillips and husband Ken of Pigeon Forge, and Kim Webb Seymour. Son-in-law: Mark Dixon Grandchildren: Cierra Dixon McMahan (Trigg), Austin Dixon, Emily Garner and Cody Garner all of Seymour Step-grandchildren: Marti, Lisa, and Brian Phillips The family would like to thank the staff at Sevier County Health and Rehab for their care and compassion of our mother. Family and friends will meet11 AM Saturday at Knob Creek Cemetery for graveside services and interment, with Joe Christopher officiating.
