Pastor Jerry Alvis Birkhead, Age 68, of Hardy, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April, 7th, 2021. He was a great husband, loving father, and an amazing pastor of 30 years at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Highland, Arkansas. Pastor Jerry Birkhead is survived by his wife of 45 years, Johnnie Birkhead; daughters Jessica Talley of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Jennifer Chambers of Joplin, Missouri; songs Jeremiah Birkhead, Joshua Birkhead, Caleb Birkhead and Sam Birkhead, all of Hardy, Arkansas; 16 grandchildren, as well as his church family and friends. 2 Timothy 4:7 - "I have fought a good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith." Services for Pastor Jerry will be held on Saturday, April 10th at the Apostolic Church of Jesus in Highland, Arkansas. The visitation will be from 9:30-10:00 A.M, with funeral services beginning at 10:00 A.M.
