Marie Sankner

Marie Sankner, age 93, of Parlin, peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at The Elms in Cranbury. Born in Spotswood she later moved to the Parlin section of Sayreville where she lived for over 62 years. Marie will be remembered fondly for her love of her 3 children and grand and great- grandchildren. She especially enjoyed taking trips with her daughter Monica. Marie is predeceased by her loving husband Francis Sankner Sr. Surviving are her children and their spouses Robert Sankner, Francis and Susan Sankner and Monica Sankner and her husband John Giovanni, her grandchildren Francine, Kimberly, Melissa, Ashley, her great grandchildren Devin and Myriah, her beloved cat Amanda Marie and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Calling hours at the Mailizewski Memorial Home will take place on Friday from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral services are scheduled for 10am on Saturday at the Maliszewski Memorial Home, 121 Main Street, Sayreville. Burial will immediately follow at New Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations donations may be made in Marie's name to The American Cancer Society P.O.
