Robert “Bob” Arthur MacLean

             1948-2021

Robert “Bob” Arthur MacLean, spouse of Georgina Dickens Moore of St. Margarets, NB, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Sunday April 4th, 2021 at the age of 73. 

Born in Black River Bridge, NB, on January 14th, 1948, he was the son of the late Wes and Winnifred (Westhaver) MacLean.

He was an Industrial Mechanic, and Journeyman Welder by trade, working with the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan in Penobsquis, New Brunswick for many years. 

He is survived by his spouse, Georgina; two sons:  Wesley (Kim) of Oromocto, NB, and James (Ron Caissie) of Dieppe; sisters:  Sheila (Lyn) Whitten of Norton, NB, and Donna (Denis) Lougheed of Ontario; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; one grandchild, Thatcher MacLean; and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents; sisters:  Fran and Catherine; and brothers:  Myron and Milton. 

By request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated by the family.
