<p>Obituary for Ms. Lanesia Shonta Grier, LPN</p> <p>Ms Lanesia Shanta Grier, affectionately known as &ldquo;Lou&rdquo; was born February 9, 1977 in Early County to Sandra Grier.&nbsp; Lou departed this life Sunday morning, April 4, 2021 at Palmyra North in Albany, Ga.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lanesia graduated from Early County High School in 1995, then furthered her education at Bainbridge College where she received her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse.&nbsp; She worked at Early Memorial Nursing Home for many years before moving on to work for Aspire in Albany, Ga.&nbsp; Lou worked faithfully until her health wouldn&rsquo;t allow her to continue working.</p> <p>She leaves to cherish her precious memory, five beautiful children: Ke&rsquo;Andre Graham, Ke&rsquo;Avontay Mulkey, Ke&rsquo;Anderrius Mulkey, Ke&rsquo; Amarion Mulkey, and Kaitlyn Mulkey, all of Arlington, Ga.&nbsp; She also leaves her partner and father of her children, Albert Mulkey, Jr.</p> <p>Preceding her in death are her grandparents, Hurstene Grier and JoAnn Gray and one sister Nicole Grier.</p> <p>Lanesia leaves behind her mother, Sandra Grier, one sister, Danielle Grier-Pugh (Demetrius),Blakely, Ga., One brother, Brandon Grier (Raquel) of Arlington, Ga. A special cousin who was like a sister to Lou (Keisha Powell),&nbsp; a grandmother, Josephine Grier, She also leaves behind a host&nbsp; of other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Obituary for Ms. Lanesia Shonta Grier, LPN

Ms Lanesia Shanta Grier, affectionately known as “Lou” was born February 9, 1977 in Early County to Sandra Grier.  Lou departed this life Sunday morning, April 4, 2021 at Palmyra North in Albany, Ga.

           Lanesia graduated from Early County High School in 1995, then furthered her education at Bainbridge College where she received her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse.  She worked at Early Memorial Nursing Home for many years before moving on to work for Aspire in Albany, Ga.  Lou worked faithfully until her health wouldn’t allow her to continue working.
