Kellems, John I.,60 of Cold Springs, Ky. passed away on April 4,2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Fort Thomas. John was a maintenance supervisor for Ivy Knoll Retirement Center. He is preceded in death by his Parents; Victor and Virginia Kellems. John is survived by Girlfriend; Kathy Arrowood, Daughter; Keina Kellems, Brothers; Tim Kellems, Dave Kellems, Mike Kellems, Sisters; Joan, Judy and 3 Grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday April 8, 2021 from 5:00 - 7:00pm at Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home, Elsmere. Service will follow at 7:00pm.
