Rosemary C. Grego

Rosemary C. Grego, age 99, passed away April 4, 2021, at Bethany Lutheran Home. Rosemary was born February 26, 1922, in Prague, Czechoslovakia, to the late Peter and Julia (Sedlak) Antos. She was a graduate of Central High School in Omaha. Rosemary retired from Optimist Club of Omaha and Kiwanis as their Executive Secretary. She is also preceded in death by her husbands Gene Alexander and James “Jim” Grego; step-daughter Joan Vosler; sister Frances (Roy) Springer; brothers-in-law Ross (Sammy), Bill (Carol) and Frank Grego. Rosemary is survived by son Michael Alexander, of Denver, CO.; daughter Marlene Jenkins and husband Ronny Lee, of Council Bluffs; 6 grandchildren, Melinda, Jason, Andrew, Kris, James and John; great-grandchildren Quinn, Jacob, Meredeth and Alaina; step son-in-law Bud Vosler; stepsons Sam and Jerry Grego; special niece Janet Collins; other nieces and nephews. Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Church. Interment Cedar Lawn Cemetery.
