It is with great sadness that the family of Rosemary J. Barrows, age 67, was called home to be with the Lord, with her loving family by her side, Sunday April 4, 2021. Rosemary was born July 13, 1953 in St. Albans, the daughter of the later Edward and Margaret (Young) Taylor. She was a 1973 graduate from BFA.<br />Rosie is survived by her two wonderful sons Richard A. Richards, Jr. of Winooski, and Mark P. Richards of Burlington, her brother Stephen m. Taylor, her sisters Shelia M. Snaith, Priscilla M. Putnam and husband Stanley, Joann C. Gordon, Edwina Taylor and husband Joe LeClair, Cynthia M. Taylor and Robin McManus, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by her best friend from The Burlington Years, Rosalee Messick. They enjoyed raising their children together and Rosie’s homemade doughnuts. She will be remembered by her friends in Grand Isle, Nancy and Jimmy Erno, who have always been there for each other.<br />Rosemary was predeceased by her parents, her husband Stuart Barrows, her brother James Nutting, and sisters Barbara Coon, Marie Putnam, and nephews Kevin Jerry, Christopher Coon, and Richard Howell, III.<br />Her family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to the Bayada Home Health and Hospice Care, and to the most amazing care provider Audra Sharpe Albertus for the wonderful care she has given to Rosie.<br />A Remembrance Gathering and Interment will be held at a date to be determined. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brady & Levesque Funeral Home, where online condolences and memories of Rosemary may be shared with her family and friends at: www.bradyandlevesque.com.<br />
