Jasmine Melanie Brooks, 43, of Hannibal, MO, passed away at 5:39 PM, Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Hannibal Regional Hospital. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO. Jasmine was born in Houma, Louisiana on April 2, 1978, to Kirk Schexnayder and Nora Bellanger. Survivors include her father, Kirk Schexnayder of the state of Louisiana, 1 son, Casper Brooks of the state of Colorado and her companion, Brian Laycock of Hannibal, MO. Jasmine was preceded in death by her mother, Nora Bellanger. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s Choice.
