Matthew Henry Jones, age 40, of Jackson, MO passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at his home in Jackson, MO. He was born on March 8, 1981 in Cape Girardeau, MO, son of Albert Jones and LaVonne (Finke) Jones. Matthew was a Graduate of Jackson High school in 2000. He majored in Art at Southeast Missouri University and graduated in 2010. Matthew was a free spirit, he loved to travel to different places. He loved to travel to see the ocean, no matter which ocean it was. He enjoyed watching and playing soccer. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his parents Albert and LaVonne Jones of Jackson; Brothers Nathan and Michael Jones; Aunt Cindy and Uncle David Morrison; Niece Callie Jones and nephew Nicholas Jones. Arrangements were under the care of Liley Cremation Services in Cape Girardeau.
