Jennifer Lynn McCrorey Obituary

Jennifer McCrorey, 42, lost her battle with cancer and passed away on the morning of March 30, 2021.  She was born to parents Gary and Dee McCrorey on June 23, 1978, in Fort Worth, Texas.  She graduated from Mabank High School in 1996.

She bravely fought a courageous fight and did so gracefully.  She lived her life in the same way, always finding the time and making the impossible possible for anyone in need.  Jennifer was a strong, selfless woman, mother, sister, and daughter.  Her legacy, however, will be shown through her two children, Joey and Alyssa.  She raised two of the most wonderful children who are kind, intelligent, respectful, and loving.  Although she was taken too young, her legacy will live on through them because she was a fantastic mother.

Jennifer is survived by her two children Joseph Taylor (23) and Alyssa Taylor (21); her mother Dee; sisters Julie McCrorey and Katie McCrorey; brother Bill McCrorey and wife Alex; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dedicated, incredible friends whose outpouring of love was truly extraordinary.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary McCrorey, on December 13, 2019.

Chaplain Jonathan Lilley with Caring Hearts Hospice will officiate for the McCrorey family.

Pallbearers are Daniel Taylor, Andrew Smith, Joseph Taylor, Jason Byrne, Brian Taylor, and Nicky Bohannon.
