Benjamin Wicliff Rhinehart

Benjamin Wicliff Rhinehart, 28, passed away on March 31, 2021, at his home in Ardmore, AL surrounded by family. Ben was born on February 1, 1993, in Mobile, Alabama. He is survived by his parents, Grady and Dana Rhinehart; his brother and sister-in-law, Adam and Briana Rhinehart and his amazing niece, Maisy Rainn Rhinehart. Other family members include his grandparents, W.G. and Linda Rhinehart and Garon and Lana Hargrove; aunts and uncles, Ghana Hargrove (Jason), Tana Hargrove, Shane LaGrone (Brandi), and Scott LaGrone (Cynthia). Ben will be missed by all his many cousins and other family, especially the special bond he had with Briana and Matt Hancock. Ben was a 2011 graduate of Ardmore High School. He attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and transferred to UAH to continue his education. He worked in automotive dealerships and made lasting relationships in his various roles. Ben was a member of Wooley Springs Baptist Church. Ben loved spending time with his friends and family. He enjoyed music, Saints and Alabama football, kayaking, and any activities that involved being with people. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Wooley Springs Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 with a service at 6:00. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Huntsville Hospital NICU by going to www.playingforpreemies.org/events. Scroll down to Ben’s name. Maisy spent 145 days in the NICU and the family can think of no better way to honor Ben’s memory.

I never thought the last time I saw you would be my last and it is very difficult. Ben always shared his love with me and my family. Just fun and smiles will be my memory. Love you sweet Ben. You were a great great nephew!
