Kenneth Hawkins was a beloved husband for 49 years of Ethel Hawkins (nee Pennell); loving father of Dr. Christopher Matthew (Ann Marie) Hawkins; dear grandfather of Kate Marie, Benjamin Christopher and Jude Francis Hawkins; dear son of the late Reber and Faye Hawkins; dear brother of Gary Lane (the late Betty) Hawkins, Danita Sue (Gary) Allan and the late Larry Dale Hawkins; dear son-in-law of Sue Pennell; dear brother-in-law of Roger, Marvin and Sharlene Pennell; dear uncle of Ed Pennell, Jeremy Pennell, Marissa Pennell, Philip Pennell, Jessica Pennell, Jonathan Pennell, Gennifer Hawkins, Stephanie Hawkins, Stacy Hawkins. Mr. Hawkins was the Salutatorian of his class at Iberia High School and graduated from Washington University, B.S. in Engineering. He was a former member of Sacred Heart Parish (Valley Park) and was a Senior Project Manager for Anheuser-Busch Brewery for over 27 years. He was past president of the board of Missouri Valley Telecommunications Association and partner in McClain’s Property Inc. He was also a US Army Veteran, serving from September 1970 - March 1972. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11:00 am at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 am prior to services at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Gott Cemetery in Brumley, Missouri.
