<p>Naomi Sue (Riggleman) Paugh, 80, of Swanton died on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at her home. Born on January 19, 1941, in Vindex, she was the daughter of the late John Oliver and Naomi Ruth (Michaels) Riggleman.<br /> Naomi attended the Hi-Way Assembly of God in Kitzmiller. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoyed going to auctions, old television shows, especially westerns, and watching wild animals.&nbsp;<br /> She is survived by her children, Ruth Carter and husband Ronald of Laurel, Ronald Paugh and wife Tracy of Elkridge, and Anna Marie Brodnax and husband Darren of Elkridge; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Mona Armstrong of Kitzmiller, Georgia Lipscomb of Brunswick, Nancy Upole of Oakland, and Linda Evans and husband Bill of Kitzmiller; a brother, Richard Riggleman and wife Judy of Merrimac, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews.<br /> In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Paugh, in 2009, and siblings, Shirley Tasker, David &quot;Big Dave&quot; Riggleman, Ronald Riggleman and Mary Ellen Matthews.<br /> Friends will be received at the Hi-Way Assembly of God, 3634 Kitzmiller Rd, Kitzmiller, on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, from 12 to 1 PM. A funeral service will be held in the church with Pastor George H. Tichinel and Pastor Joe Tichinel officiating. Face masks are required.<br /> Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Swanton.<br /> In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hi-Way Assembly of God, 3634 Kitzmiller Rd, Kitzmiller, MD 21538.<br /> The C &amp; S Fredlock Funera Home, P.A., Kitzmiller is honored to be serving the Paugh family.</p>
