Upon graduating from Sullivan High School in 1947, June studied Education in Bolivar, Missouri. She first entered the workforce as a school teacher in a small country school outside of Sullivan. June found great pleasure in spending time with her adoring family and crocheting beautiful afghans for her many loved ones and friends. She loved baking and was known for her delicious tarts. June was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
