Earl "Rusty" Dean Bryant II

Earl Dean “Rusty” Bryant II, 50, of Martinsville, left this earthly life on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 in the comfort of his mother’s home and surrounded by his loving family. Rusty was born on July 15, 1970 to Earl Dean Bryant and Nancy (Meadows) Kehl in Martinsville. He graduated from Martinsville High School with the class of 1988. Rusty was an avid music lover and sports fan, especially basketball. He loved hanging out with his uncles and cousins and having fun at family gatherings. He loved life and was always eager to help those in need. Rusty will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his loving family including his mother and stepfather, Nancy and Lee Kehl of Bargersville; brother, Charles Bryant of Greenwood; stepbrother, Tom Kehl of Bargersville; grandmother, Ruth Meadows of Martinsville; and nephew, Evan Bryant of Greenwood, his companion, Melinda Bryant of Martinsville; as well as aunts Georgie Chandler (Herb), Janice Summers (Bill Pierce), Mary White and uncles Steve Meadows (Jan), Willard Meadows (Karen), Joe Meadows and Don Kehl(Juanita)and his beloved cat Calico He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Bryant and sister, Amber Kehl. Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the chapel at Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center in Martinsville. A service celebrating his life will follow beginning at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Following the service, he will be laid to rest in New South Park Cemetery.
