BANGOR- Noreen Rossignol, 81, passed away March 30, 2021. She was born September 10, 1939 in Fort Kent, the daughter of Howard and Cecil (Cyr) Taggett.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Deloris “DeeDee” Rossignol; and brother-in-law, Mickey Kimball.

She is survived by a son, Bret Rossignol; sister, Nona Kimball; nephews, Scott and Corey Kimball; and cousin, Carl Taggett.
