Bonnie May Welk of Hampstead , died Saturday March 27 ,2021 at age 69. Born and raised in Carroll County to late parents Helen F. Utz and Maynard L. Utz , she was the older sister to Steve Utz, to whom she loved very much. She was beloved by her late husband Wayne E. Welk , and survived by her two children Randy Barbe and Lori Barbe. Bonnie had a great love for all animals. With a giant heart and a calm touch , she spent many years doing rescue work and placed many Fur-Babies in their Forever Homes. In lieu of flowers ,the family ask that you make a donation to the Carroll County Humane Society.
