Roselle Violet Baker

Roselle Violet Baker, age 94, a resident of Wetumpka, Al. passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Woodrow Baker; two brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Baker is survived by her children, Larry (Sue) Baker, Harold (Sondra) Baker, Johnny (Barbara) Baker and Philip Baker; one sister Betty Fomby; eight grandchildren, Wade (Amy) Baker, David (Tammie) Baker, Mark (Michelle) Baker, Gary (Jimmie Carol) Baker, Stacey (Mark) Davidson, Amy (Daniel) Thompson, Jeff (Carrie) Baker and Paige (Clay) Winn; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family extends a special thank you to her caregivers, Angela Gilbert, Dora Eggert, Rosie Cunningham and Ivy Creek Hospice. Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Burton Herring officiating. Gassett Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing.
