Larissa Rae Steward

Larissa Rae Steward, daughter of Travis Pierce and Katena Steward, was born May 19, 1995 in Lebanon, Missouri. She departed this life, March 30, 2021, in Waynesville, Missouri at the age of twenty-five years, ten months and eleven days. She was preceded in death by two children, Kareem Gibbs, and Larissa Rae Gibbs; her biological father, Travis Pierce; paternal grandfather, Chuck Dyer; and maternal grandmother, Ellen Steward. She is survived by her fiancé Rommie Gibbs; four children, Bentley Lekey, Kyrie Gibbs, Jazzy Gibbs, and Demarion Gibbs; her mother, Katena Steward; her dad, Stephen Reeves and wife Shasta; three sisters, Katelin DeVore & husband Caleb, Kimberlin Pierce, and Drea Reeves; three brothers, Elijah Pierce, Jesse Pierce and Alex Reeves; maternal grandfather, Larry Steward; paternal grandmother, Paula Dyer; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Larissa was raised in Crocker, Missouri and after receiving her GED became a Certified Nursing Assistant and had a passion for her work in home healthcare. Larissa made a profession of faith at a young age and was baptized at the Sweet Home Church of Crocker. In her spare time, she loved to cook and those who knew her loved when she did as her cooking was amazing. Her love for her nieces and nephews was evident as she spent a lot of her time playing, laughing and caring for them any chance she could. She and Rome’s love for each other was big and fun; from their love of helicopter rides, and their playful joking. They didn’t take time together for granted as they often looked each other in the eye and would say, “I love you; I need you, and I’ve got to have you” as a reminder of just how deep their love was. She was a loving fiancé, mother, daughter, sister, and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Online condolences may be made at www.alleeholmanhowe.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.
