Charles “Chuck” R. Wallace, 81 of Eldersburg, MD passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021 at his home. Chuck was the beloved husband of Betty Wallace for 56 years. He was born March 18, 1940, in Nanticoke, PA the son of the late Charles Wallace and the late Mary Elizabeth Wallace (nee Howard). He worked for Factory Mutual as a Field Engineer for 20 years, and then went on to own his own business Chuck’s Furniture Restoration. Chuck was a Petty Officer in the United States Coast Guard. He was a member of Elders Baptist Church and the American Legion. He enjoyed restoring furniture and woodworking, playing poker with his friends, spending time with his family and celebrating the 4th of July with his famous fireworks display. Surviving in addition to his wife are his children Marc Wallace, and Deborah Snead and husband Robert. He was the grandfather of Ryan Snead, Zachary Snead & wife Emiyu, and Trisha Snead. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 10-11 AM with funeral service beginning at 11 AM at Elders Baptist Church 1216 Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784.
