On March 27, 2021 George Louis Fant, Sr., passed peacefully at the age of 82. He was born July 10, 1938 to the late George Washington and Mary (Smoke) Fant. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Rose Marie (Delawder) Fant. He is survived by his children; George L. Fant, Jr., and his wife Shari, Thomas W. Fant and his wife Kelley and Sherie L. McVicker and her husband Scott, brother Donald Fant and grandchildren; Tyler McVicker, Courtney McVicker, Alex Fant, Briana Lee and Kyle Fant. Friends may call Thursday April 1st from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at the Slack Funeral Home, P.A., 3871 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043. Funeral service is private at the request of the family.
