Gale Fields, 61, of Eldon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 15, 1959 in Columbia, Missouri; a son of the late Charles Thomas and Icel Francis (Stamper) Fields. He was united in marriage on October 27, 1979 to Audrey E. Huffman. Gale enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Audrey E. Fields of Eldon; children: Damon Lee Fields, Audrey Gayle Fields (fiancée Micheal Pinette) and Brandy Bailey; brother: Jerry Fields (Kelly) of California, Don Fields (Bonnie) of Stover, Pam Berg (Bruce) of Florence and Linda Parish of Sedalia; grandchildren: Paul Fields, Blake, Harley and Jaddee Washia and Angel and Peyton Bailey; several great-grandchildren and many other family members. Gale was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters: Wanda Fields, Lois Arnold and Neta Fretueg and five brothers: Charles, Carl, Bill, Bob and Carlos. A celebration of Gale’s life will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the family of Gale Fields.
