Manuela E."Liz"Ganser age 72 passed away on Friday December 11, 2015 at her home. She was born on June 17, 1943 a daughter of Manuel and Ambrosia (Rositia) Sanchez in Wauseon, OH. She married William V. Barroso in 1960 he preceded her in death. Liz worked at the Campbell Soup Company in Marshall for 17 years until retiring in 2006. She enjoyed rides in the country, going for walks, her pets, music, and was always up for ice cream. Liz attended St. Mary Catholic Church in Marshall. Surviving Liz are her sons, William V. Barroso Jr. of Battle Creek, Ruben (Eva) Barroso of Broken Arrow, OK, Philip (Renee Garcia) Barroso of Marshall, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brothers, Ernie Talamantez, John Sanchez, Joe Sanchez, Lupe Sanchez, sisters, Cruz Talamantez, Grace Vasquez, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Barroso, grandson Michael Barroso, brothers Bill, Jesse, and Manuel Sanchez, sister, Mary Barroso. Relatives and friends will be received from 11AM-1PM on Wednesday December 16, 2015 at Kempf Family Funeral Homes, Marshall Chapel 723 Old US 27 N Marshall, MI 49068. A private funeral will be held at the Funeral Home. A private interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Oaklawn Hospice.
