Jacquelyn B. Garber, "Jackie", 72, of Shoemakersville, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 in her residence. She was the wife of Kenneth W. Garber. They were married on October 27, 1973 and celebrated forty-seven years of marriage. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Catherine I. (Keen) Dalton. Jackie enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, crossword puzzles, and going to casinos. Surviving in addition to her husband are her sons: John D. Seltzer, husband of Karen; Clarence H. "Carl" Seltzer, III, husband of Kellie; Charles T. "Chuck" Seltzer; and Christopher M. Garber; all of Reading; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren. Jackie is also survived by two brothers: Thomas Dalton and Patrick Dalton; and two sisters: Katherine Staboleski and Jeanette Trumbore. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. Words of Remembrance will be at 8:00 pm.
