Lauretta Welker age 80 of Patton, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at her residence. She was born July 12, 1940 in Patton, daughter of Truman E. Heitman and Mattie (Mungle) Heitman. She and Donald Welker were united in marriage and he proceeded her in death on December 11th, 1962. She and Donald's brother, Dewey Welker were united in marriage on October 17, 1964 and he survives her in patton. Lauretta had worked for Angelica Uniform in Marquand, MO until she retired. Lauretta was a member of Blue Creek Quilters and a member of The United Methodist Women and was a member of Reagan's Chapel in Patton. Survivors include Husband Dewey; Children Roddy (Patty) Welker, Timothy Welker, and Jason (Christy) Welker, all of Patton; three sisters Maxine (Robert) Fulton of Patton, Jackie (Terry) Varner of Fruitland, and Sharran (Michael) Seabaugh of Patton; Six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her parents, and first husband Donald Welker, one granddaughter, LaCosta Welker Matthews, and three sisters Velda Pogue, Eletha Faye Bollinger, and Donna Yount. Visitation will be Friday, March 19, 2021 from 10:30 am to time of service at 1:00pm, at the Liley Funeral home in Patton with Rev. Michael Davis and Brother Rod Welker officiating. Burial will follow at Reagan's Chapel Cemetery in Patton, MO.
